I've been a collector since the 50's- anything cardboard! My mom threatened to throw out my cards,comics and records. I went and got them and carted them around with me for years and I'm glad that I did.

I collect just about anything that's old. I was a history major in college, so it's not so surprising, I guess. I love the history of all of the sports and read all that I can.

I've been a full time dealer since 1985. I've met many of you at shows in the Northeast over the years. I love the personal contact of the shows, but the internet is allowing me to get to know many more of you in a different way.

Our aim is to give everyone the same individual attention and excellent service on the web as weoffer to our customers in person.

I'm always glad to receive your want lists via regular mail or email. We have a small staff to help with shipping, want lists, etc., so we are better able to respond more quickly to your needs. We're also interested in buying collections, both large and small.

Those of you who have bought from me over the internet or at shows know that I try to grade accurately and conservatively. I go to great lengths to point out not only a card's strong points, but also its flaws. "Mint", "NRMT" "VG" etc. are useful starting points, but ultimately very subjective.

Not very long ago, I purchased a substantial collection of vending material. When I label a card "Blazer", "Awesome" etc., it most likely came from this collection and I'm not kidding about the descriptions! I'm getting many of them graded, and they are coming back "8"s and "9"s. The raw cards that I offer are borderline due to a touch to a corner or centering. In every other respect they are " pack fresh"!

I've pretty much stopped taking wax to the shows. Too much work and too much wear and tear on the product. Therefore, I'll be selling packs and partial boxes. These are NOT what is left over after the "good" packs have been found. It will be just like buying packs from me at a show!
